Ways to Make a Reservation

• Directly through the booking system on the website.
• Via email: reservation@oliva-suites.com.
• By phone, listed in the "Contacts" section.

Reservation Confirmation

• The reservation is confirmed after prepayment of two nights from the reserved period and receipt of a voucher for accommodation from "Oliva Suites" aparthotel.
• For last-minute reservations, a 100% prepayment of the total amount is required.
• Discounts: For the 2025 season: 5% for reservations made and a deposit of two nights paid by 15.03.2025.

Reservation Cancellation

• Up to 60 days before the check-in date: 100% of the deposit is refunded.
• 30–60 days before the check-in date: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
• Less than 30 days before the check-in date: The deposit is non-refundable.
• No-show by 24:00 on the check-in day: The reservation is considered canceled, and the amount paid is non-refundable.

Check-in and Check-out

• Times: Check-in after 14:00, check-out by 11:00.
• Pets: Not allowed.
